Order inquiries
Submitting the website form creates a preorder inquiry and inventory reservation request. It is not an online payment or final sale. The boutique will confirm availability, pricing, pickup timing, and payment arrangements directly with the customer.
Product information
We work to keep product details, prices, colours, sizes, and stock accurate. Colours may vary slightly by screen, and availability may change before an inquiry is confirmed.
In-store pickup
Preorders are available for pickup at Shop #7 Hano Plaza, Lucea, Hanover. The boutique does not currently offer delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Contact the boutique promptly regarding returns or exchanges. Eligibility depends on item condition, product type, and the terms communicated at purchase.
